Bullets to Cannonballs

Broadly speaking, there are two paths to make big things happen.

One approach takes a lot of time and involves a lot of risk with no guarantees success will follow (and a high probability it won’t).

The other is low-risk, requires far less time, and success (or failure) reveals itself quickly (which allows for in-the-moment recalibration which almost guarantees success).

In this conversation, we talk about both approaches, how we implement the obvious choice, and we share a real example (TLB Accelerator) where we’ve used this idea recently and how we’ll continue to use it in the months ahead.
